Cost

For Individual Therapy sessions the fee is $100 per therapeutic hour (50 minutes) for out of pocket

I am in network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, BCBS TN.

Payments

I accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. In order to book an appointment, I require a credit card on file. Payment is required at the time of. session.

Cancellation Policy

I require a full 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. You will be charged the full session fee if no communication is given (emergencies can be exempt per my discretion).

Availability

I am in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Hours vary, so please reach out to me via email or phone to schedule, and I will send a link to fill out intake paperwork.

Communication

Though I have various forms of communication such as email and phone, I encourage not sending and PHI (personal health information) unless through your client portal. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.
